You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!
In December 2003, conservatives from Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas founded the Austin Townhall Conservatives. Austin Townhall Conservatives ("ATC") has been meeting consistently since that date but left Meetup.com when Townhall established its group organizational capabilities. We decided to come back to Meetup.com in August of 2007 in order to organize more effectively for the upcoming battle of 2008.
Our group consists of "conservatives" of varying degrees but we share one common goal -- to save and secure the greatest nation on earth!
ATC meets the first Tuesday of each month. We often have a distinguished speaker, and discuss conservative issues, projects, and upcoming events. Through our networking efforts and information sharing, we strive to actively support conservative causes locally, statewide, and throughout the nation. Issue Action Groups are organized around specific areas of interest to the members. These groups often convene during the meeting, and provide a way for you to plan activities with other conservatives who share your concerns.
The group is open to all who wish to meet and socialize with other conservatives. We hope you will join us for our next monthly meeting!
